2. Products Our products are handmade and made to order. Because acrylic colours, engraving and finishes vary, and because screens display colour differently, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images shown. These natural variations aren't faults.
3. Personalisation You're responsible for the accuracy of any personalisation you provide — names, spelling, dates, colours, fonts and layout. We make your item exactly as ordered, so please check everything carefully before you pay. We can't offer refunds or remakes for errors in the details you supplied (see our Refund Policy).
4. Pricing and payment All prices are in [AUD] and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you order. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
5. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if a product is unavailable or an error is found. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll contact you and arrange a full refund.
